SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
You can schedule your appointment with us online by email email@example.com or you can call +46 31-61 90 90. To ensure that your preferred time and service is available we recommend you book in advance.
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your reservation. If you are pregnant, please allow our team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time. We will specially design treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers.
If you’re unable to make your appointment, please cancel online 48 hours prior to the appointment or call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations later than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged with the full price of the treatment.
We are bound by law to handle all your personal information according to GDPF.
BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT
Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a consultation form and/or health questionnaire. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your treatment to allow you to change and be ready in time. Please be advised that a late arrival will shorten your treatment time.
Our salon welcomes children and teenagers. In presence of a legal guardian children from the age of 12 years old are welcome to enjoy our treatments. Due to safety reasons, access to the spa and gym including the changing facilities, is restricted to children over the age of 16 years old in presence of a legal guardian.
Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all spa guests right to privacy and serenity. You’re not allowed to bring your own food or beverages but you’re welcome to order from our menu. Due to safety reasons, access to the spa is restricted to children over the age of 16 years old in presence of a legal guardian. Please note that your stay in our spa area is at your own risk.
GIFT CARDS & VOUCHERS
If you wish to give someone an experience at Skönhetsfabriken you can buy a gift card or a voucher. Our gift cards can be used to enjoy our spa area, salon, our treatments or for our gym and personal training. The gift cards are valid for 24 months from the day of purchase. We also have vouchers for specific treatments. Our vouchers are valid for 12 months and can only be used for the intended treatment. You can buy our gift cards in our shop, online or via email. Please note that neither our gift cards nor our vouchers are refundable.
PRICES & TERMS
Please notice that all prices on our website are in SEK and are subject to change at any time. Treatments, products, memberships, gift cards or vouchers are not refundable.
LOST PROPERTY & VALUABLES
All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at our reception desk. Items will be stored for 4 months, if they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charities. Liquids, undergarments and hair brushes are kept for 24 hours only. Skönhetsfabriken accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewellery in our premises.
